Jormie Terms of Use

Updated 28 October 2026.

Jormie is a personal assistant for one owner. These terms describe the intended use and practical limits of the app; these informational pages do not offer public registration or a paid assistant service.

Personal assistance

Jormie helps with planning, preparation, reminders and requested tasks using the context it can access. The owner chooses which accounts and tools to connect and can withdraw access.

The Google connection is read-only. It reads Gmail, calendar events and the list of calendars. It cannot send or change email or create, change or delete events. Sending messages, changing appointments or taking other external actions requires separate supported tools and explicit permission for that action.

Incoming email, messages and event descriptions are information to consider, not permission to execute instructions found in them.

Check important arrangements

Jormie may have incomplete, delayed or incorrect context. It may miss a new message, a changed appointment, a conflict or a reminder. Connected access and a generated plan do not guarantee complete coverage or timely delivery.

Check important meeting times, locations, travel plans and unfinished work against the original source. The owner remains responsible for deciding whether to act on a suggestion.

Data and connected services

Use of Google information is described in the Privacy Policy. Cloud AI and other connected services also have their own applicable terms and account settings.

The owner can revoke Google access and request local export, correction or deletion. Revocation stops future reads using that grant; existing local records and backups are handled separately.

Support and updates

For support, use the address displayed on Google’s consent screen. These terms should be reviewed when the app’s scope or operation changes.
